LBCS Management
Business Center Management: LBCS, for a base plus incentive fee, is the operator on behalf of the building owner including every aspect of operating an integrated full service Locartis Office Business Center. Services would include:
- Preparing an annual operating plan.
- Operating the center in accordance with the agreed plan.
- Maintenance of physical assets and facilities to a first class standard.
- Handling the day to day service requirements of clients.

- Regular reporting of progress against plans and budgets.
- Financial statement production and analysis.
- Payroll administration.
- Accounts payable processing.
- Receivables collection.

Human Resources: LBCS manages all aspects of selection, training and supervision of staff including:

Ongoing Development: Locartis Business Center Services will regularly recommend modifications and enhancements to the center to increase the owner's return on assets. These recommendations may take the form of refurbishment, alterations (replacement of furniture and furnishings), replacement of equipment or major repairs as well as:
- Ongoing market analysis with recommendations for meeting changing prospect needs.
- Recommendations for development in other owner buildings.
- Project management of capital works.
- Valuation and appraisal.
