| Philip R. Parris is one of the most familiar figures and a leader in the worldwide office business center industry. Mr. Parris' background begins with commercial real estate development in the United Kingdom. Later, he established and served as Chief Executive of Harvard Managed Offices, premier business centers in the London area. In 1992, Mr. Parris founded the Global Office Network as the first international network of independent business centers. Later, Mr. Parris and his partners revolutionized the network concept by establishing Locartis to meet the increasing demands of multinational clients. In the interim, Mr. Parris served as the Chairman of two of the industry's leading trade organizations, the BCA in the United Kingdom, and the OBCAI in the US--the only person in the world to have held both positions. Mr. Parris continues to be a frequent speaker at regular trade events around the world. |
History: For over 15 years, the principals of Locartis Business Center Services have operated industry leading office business centers in prominent business locations in the US and United Kingdom. In 1999, Philip Parris, one of the worldwide industry's leaders, established the Locartis - the global group of independently operated office business centers.
